Last Updated: November 9, 2025

Welcome to Tazouda. These terms form a clear and respectful foundation for the relationship between Tazouda ("we", "us") and its members ("you"). By joining, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership

1.1 Admission: Admission to Tazouda is a discretionary process. We reserve the right to decline an application to preserve the integrity and composition of the community.

1.2 Nature of Membership: Membership is lifetime, personal, and strictly non-transferable.

1.3 Termination: We reserve the right to terminate a membership with immediate effect in the event of a serious breach of these terms, particularly those regarding discretion and conduct (Article 3). In such cases, no refund of the initiation fee will be provided.

2. Financial Terms

2.1 Initiation Fee: Membership is activated upon receipt of the one-time, non-refundable initiation fee.

2.2 Gathering Costs: A separate fee is charged for each gathering. Participation is confirmed upon full payment of the respective fee.

2.3 Cancellation: The cancellation policy for gatherings may vary and will be clearly communicated in each invitation. If we are compelled to cancel a gathering, the full fee for that gathering will be refunded.

3. Discretion and Conduct

3.1 Confidentiality: Discretion is the core of Tazouda. All information about other members, their identity, and conversations during gatherings is strictly confidential and may not be shared outside the network.

3.2 Media and Publicity: It is strictly prohibited to take photographs, videos, or other recordings during gatherings, or to publicly communicate about the details of events or the identity of attending members.

3.3 Respect: All members are expected to treat each other and staff with the highest level of respect and integrity.

4. Liability

Tazouda acts as a facilitator of gatherings. We are not liable for any business, financial, or personal agreements made between members, nor for personal injury or loss of property, unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

5. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms. Material changes will be communicated to members via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Geneva. However, we encourage members to first contact us directly to resolve any concerns amicably.
